Howdy Texas Bluebonnets Greeting Card

Spicewood & Rose products are inspired by the beautiful Texas hill country. My mission is to design high-quality products for your home that are also manufactured using the best methods to protect our environment. Read below for specifics on how my products are made.

Greeting Cards & Prints

Greeting cards and prints feature my original watercolor paintings and illustrations.

LETTERPRESS

My letterpress collection is pressed one at a time on a vintage 1905 letterpress machine. Each piece is printed in small batches on premium, soft cotton cardstock that captures a deep, tactile impression you can see and feel. This traditional, hands-on process creates subtle variations that make every card and print truly one-of-a-kind. It’s craftsmanship rooted in history — designed to bring lasting beauty to life’s most meaningful moments.

OFFSET PRINTING

My full-color greeting cards are printed on premium 17pt cardstock for a beautifully sturdy, high-quality feel. Each card features vibrant, crisp artwork and is produced using environmentally responsible printing methods that prioritize sustainability without compromising detail or craftsmanship.

Keep Texas Wild Bluebonnets

Tea Towels

Tea towels are screen printed by hand on premium-quality 100% organic cotton material and feature a 4-sided hem and corner hanger loop. Quite simply, these are the best-quality tea towels you will find anywhere!

Printing Method

I use water-based inks (not plastisol) which has a lighter feel and a more beautiful finish. Transitioning from plastisol inks to water-based alternatives isn’t merely a matter of preference; it’s a conscientious decision with significant environmental implications.
