One of the great things about living in our modern world is that we have excellent cameras built into our mobile phones. You’ll see me reaching for my phone often so I can capture and photograph scenes that inspire me… often while I’m walking around downtown Austin, or exploring Texas (especially the hill country and Big Bend National Park), or when I’m traveling (the cactus photo and painting below are inspired by Baja, Mexico). These photos often end up as inspiration for new artwork and products. It’s easy to be inspired when I live in such a beautiful place!
